Roofing Questions & Answers
Straightforward answers to the questions South Florida property owners ask us most often.
How do I know if my roof needs repair or full replacement?
It depends on the age of the roof, the extent of the damage, and the condition of the underlayment and decking. Isolated damage on an otherwise sound roof is usually a repair. Widespread underlayment failure, saturated decking, or damage across multiple slopes usually points to replacement. We inspect first and show you photos of what we find before recommending either path.
What roofing systems do you work with?
Concrete and clay tile, architectural asphalt shingles, standing seam and panel metal, and flat or low-slope systems including single-ply membranes and modified bitumen. We work on both residential and commercial buildings.
Do you charge for a roof estimate?
We provide free roof estimates. Request one through the form on this site or call (561) 354-3371 and we will schedule a time to look at the roof.
What areas do you serve?
Palm Beach County, Broward County, and Miami-Dade County, Florida. Our office is at 6560 W Rogers Cir, Suite B28, Boca Raton, FL 33487.
Can you help after a storm?
Yes. We respond to storm-related roof damage, stabilize open roof areas to limit further water intrusion, and document the damage with photographs and a written scope of work.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Timelines vary with roof size, system type, access, and weather. We provide an expected schedule with your written scope before the project begins so you know what to plan for.
Do you work on commercial buildings?
Yes. We handle low-slope and flat commercial roofing, as well as sloped commercial roofs, for property managers and business owners across the three counties we serve.
How do I request service?
Call (561) 354-3371 or submit the free roof estimate form on any page of this site. Include your address and a short description of the issue and we will follow up.
